These are the best roller-ball pens made. Lightweight, good nib, long lasting and a great price! To me, it is a normal pen like any other, but my dad will use no other pen than this pen. There must be something appealing about the pen that I am not seeing it, but my dad does.I have tried all kinds of "Fine Point" or Micro 0.5 MM pens on the market and the good ol' fashion Uni-ball Roller pen is the best pen to use for small detail printing and line work that doesn't bleed. The various colors work great but I sure miss the purple uni-ball roller pen, no longer available.I'm grateful to earlier reviewers for expressing concerns about quality and authenticity. However, I took a chance and ordered. I received my pens just days before the date of this review, and am happy to report that these are precisely the same as those I've been using for decades: the micro point is very thin but very useable, just as I like it, and the writing is smooth. And, as I live in the middle of nowhere, I also love the value of buying these on Amazon.I have had a hard time finding this uniball red pen.. Uniball makes several versions...I did order some earlier from another seller, but it was not the one I wanted..So I did find this one and its the exact one I had.was very pleased. will keep the model number etc. for repeat orders. These pens handle comfortably, write smoothly, the ink dries almost instantly and are equipped with a pocket clip easy to manage. I love a fine-liner. This is the pen for me. Try one. My office-mates often try to steal my pen. They admire the smoothness the pen grants while writing. Easy to handle. Long lasting ink supply. I would say the best feature about this particular pen--NO CLUMPS, NO SMEARS--.As I read a book, I usually mark the most important parts for easy recall later. Unfortunately, most red inks bleed through to the back and thus cause problems on the reverse side. A ball point causes depression grooves and is unacceptable except for pulp paper (where you cannot use any liquid inks). This pen is excellent for marking books with non-pulp quality, not just clayed, paper. While I'm sure it can bleed through into the back if held in one place for a length of time, for normal marking no bleed through occurs and the fine 0.5mm point delivers just the right amount of ink to mark for future retrieval.Good pens, although as with everything, not as good as they once were. Too many newer, better, new & improved versions for the same "old" quality and reliability to be maintained in the original product. While I used to love this product, it is still a pretty good pen!Buen productoyep red pens , not quite the I wanted , but that's on me .. arrived workable and write red ..Son buenos bolígrafos, la tinta dura bastante.
