These are shipped directly from China through USPS. Vivid blue ink applies smoothly and dries rapidly on porous paper. I have had some smearing problems on glossy paper, as the ink takes a while to dry completely. For normal writing on theme paper or checks these pens are outstanding and the ink highly visible. Best use something else on stickers or photos.
