I had one of these years ago that I picked up at an office supply store for a few dollars. Was great and used it regularly for 7 years and then lost it. I hate licking envelopes so tried a few other styles that were ok, but often left the envelope wet. I found this on Amazon and so glad I did! So basically what I do with this is run it under water about 2-3 minutes, cap it and then when I need it, use it, no wet envelope, recap, reuse, etc. Once it is too dry to use, repeat running under water a few minutes. A tip - if you run it under water and plan to use it right then, get a paper towel or napkin and dab it on that a few times so it's not dripping wet. Tried that with the others I used and it was still dripping wet, but works well with this one.
